Fondation GoodPlanet
The GoodPlanet Foundation, recognized as being of public utility, was created in 2005 by Yann Arthus-Bertrand as a continuation of his artistic work and commitment. Its mission is to raise awareness among the greatest number of people about ecological and solidarity issues, and to take concrete action for a more sustainable world in the field, in businesses, and within communities.
For 20 years, the Foundation's teams have mobilized their energy and creativity to support the necessary collective awareness of environmental and social urgency, with particular attention paid to younger generations. Its awareness-raising activities take place both at a unique third-place in Paris, the Domaine de Longchamp, and through programs deployed across France.
Programs
Created in 2006, the GoodPlanet Foundation's Solidarity Carbon Action program helps fight global warming. It supports grassroots partners who implement solutions in their regions to address environmental, economic, and social crises, particularly in southern countries, which are currently the most affected by the climate emergency.
